Ingredients

2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

1 tbsp water (for slurry)

Sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish

Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Ribs:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat dry the ribs, then season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly.

2️⃣ Bake Until Tender:
Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 2½ to 3 hours until tender and juicy.

3️⃣ Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
If you want a thicker glaze, stir in a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water) and cook until glossy.

4️⃣ Caramelize the Ribs:
Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the honey garlic sauce.
Broil for 5 minutes until sticky, golden, and caramelized.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with rice or roasted veggies!
