For the Bowl
1½ lbs (680g) lean ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced dill pickles
¼ cup diced white onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

2 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

Instructions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
Drain any excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth.
Divide the chopped lettuce among four serving bowls.
Top each bowl with the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, onions, and tomatoes (if using).
Drizzle generously with the homemade Big Mac sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for the classic burger flavor, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips
Add crispy bacon for extra flavor and protein.
Swap cheddar for American cheese for a more authentic Big Mac taste.
Make it keto by using sugar-free ketchup and relish.
Meal prep by storing the beef, vegetables, and sauce separately until ready to eat.
