FRIED CABBAGE EVER

INGREDIENTS:
  • six slices of beef, chopped
  • one large onion, diced
  • two garlic cloves, minced
  • one large headed cabbage, seeded and sliced
  • one teaspoon ground black pepper
  • half teaspoon onion powder
  • half teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
 DIRECTIONS:
Place the beef in a large pot and cook over medium-high heat until crisp, about ten minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion caramelizes; about ten minutes. Directly add the cabbage & continue cook and stir for other ten min. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, about thirty minutes longer
