Stir-Fried Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2. 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
3. 1 carrot, sliced
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
7. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
8. Salt and pepper, to taste
9. Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add broccoli and carrot, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using).
6. Pour sauce over shrimp and vegetables, stir-fry for 1 minute.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
