Savory Puff Pastry with Minced Meat and Cheese

Ingredients:

- Puff pastry
- Butter (for greasing)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 300g minced meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 100g cheese (grated, such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 bunch of parsley (chopped)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with butter.
2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion with dried basil until softened.
3. Add the minced meat to the pan and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and black pepper.

4. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into squares or rectangles.
5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each piece of pastry, then top with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
6. Fold over the pastry to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
7. Place the pastries on the greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
