POOL-PARTY-JELLO-SHOTS
INGREDIENTS
- three ounces of blue raspberry flavored gelatin mix
- one cup boiling water
- half cup cold vodka
- half cup cold water
- twenty peach ring erasers
- twenty gummy bears
INSTRUCTIONS
On a tray arrange your cups, reserve for later.
In a large measuring cup with a pour spout or mixing bowl with a pour spout, add one cup boiling water and your jelly.
Whisking to jelly is dissolved.
Add your half cup of vodka and half cup of water. Whisk again.
Carefully pour the mixture into the cups almost to the top.
Placing them in fridge for at least three h or to set.
Placing gummy ring on every then cutting a gummy bear in half & stick one in every ring.
Keep them refrigerated until ready to serve and keep them cool while serving.
These will keep well in the fridge for a week!
