Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
- two hundred grams of fresh pineapple
- three eggs
- 160 ° + fifteen g butter
- one hundred sixty g flour
- one hundred grams sugar
- half sachet of baking powder
- one tbsp. Brown sugar

- fifty g mascarpone
- one lemon
- ten lemon leaves
- thirty g icing sugar
Methods :
Heat oven one hundred eighty ° C. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and halve them. Beat eggs with powdered sugar, then add flour, baking powder and warm melted butter. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cover with pineapple. Sprinkle brown sugar. Bake in the oven for forty minutes.
Pour the liquid cream into a bowl and add the mascarpone and powdered sugar. Mix everything together, then whisk them into the whipped cream using an electric mixer. Stir with two tbsp. Grated lemon peel and chopped lemon balm leaves. Refrigerate to serve chilled whipped cream with cake.
