Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.

2. Add the vanilla extract, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.

3. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk; if it's too wet, add more oats.

4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet or plate.
