Oatmeal Muffins - Healthy and Fluffy Breakfast

Ingredients (for about 8 to 10 muffins)
1 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour (about 220 g)

1 cup oatmeal (old-fashioned or Quick Cooker)

1/2 cup sugar (or coconut sugar, depending on your preference)

1 1⁄2 teaspoons of chemical yeast

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1 cup of milk (250 ml - animal or plant)

1/4 cup neutral oil or apple compote (for a lighter version)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 cup nuts, nuts or grapes (optional)
