Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Salmon π:
* Drain the salmon and remove any bones or skin if desired. Flake it with a fork in a large bowl.

* Cook spinach in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 minutes until wilted.
* Let it cool, then squeeze out excess moisture.
