LongHorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Provolone cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.

4. Mix Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese, and ranch dressing in a bowl.

5. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and melted butter.

6. Spread the cheese mixture over each chicken breast, then top with the breadcrumb mixture.

7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the topping is golden and crispy.

8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
