* ¼ cup diced red onion
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

**Spicy Mayo :**

* ¼ cup mayonnaise
* 1-2 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
* 1 tsp lime juice
