Honey Garlic Glazed Sausages

Introduction
These glazed sausages look delicious and perfectly caramelized! Here’s a recipe to recreate Honey Garlic Glazed Sausages with a sticky, savory-sweet sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
Sausages: 6 large (any kind; pork or chicken sausages work well)
Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
Honey: 1/4 cup
Rice Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon, toasted
Fresh Parsley or Green Onion: chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
Cook the Sausages:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Honey Garlic Glaze:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Stir and let the sauce simmer until it starts to thicken slightly.
Coat the Sausages
Return the sausages to the skillet, turning them to coat evenly in the glaze.
Let them cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thick and sticky, fully coating the sausages.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and fresh parsley or green onions.
Serve warm, with the extra glaze drizzled over if desired.
Enjoy these sweet and savory glazed sausages as a main dish, appetizer, or even in a sandwich!
