Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
4️⃣ In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5️⃣ Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with vanilla pudding. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
