Frozen Baileys Colada

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving):

2 oz white rum
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
1 oz coconut cream (like Coco López or cream of coconut)
1 cup crushed ice
Optional Garnish:

Pineapple wedge
Maraschino cherry
Directions:
Blend the Cocktail:

In a high-speed blender, combine white rum, Baileys Irish Cream, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until the texture is smooth, creamy, and slushy.
Check Texture:

The drink should be thick and frosty. If it’s too runny, add a bit more ice. For a richer texture, add a few frozen pineapple chunks.
Serve:

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled hurricane glass or your favorite stemmed glass.
