Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
- four hundred fifty grams of ground sausage.
- Coleslaw mix, I used six cups.
- four crushed garlic cloves.
- one teaspoon minced ginger.
- one teaspoon of soy sauce.
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion.
- one teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
How to make it
Using a large skillet, cook ingredients over medium heat. Cook the sausage, stirring often, to prevent it from falling apart, until fully cooked. Please do not drain.
In a skillet, combine coleslaw, garlic, ginger and soy sauce with sausage and cook until cabbage is hot.
Cook for three to four minutes, or until cabbage is slightly softened, stirring occasionally.
We finish by garnishing with green onions, then sprinkle with sesame oil after removing it from the fire.
If you like, you can sprinkle each dish with sriracha before serving.
