Easy Butter Garlic Spaghetti

Simple ingredients, bold flavor. This buttery garlic pasta comes together in minutes and makes the perfect weeknight dinner or side!

Ingredients:
• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 10 frozen crushed garlic cubes (or about 10 cloves, finely minced)
• 16 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup reserved pasta cooking water
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: chopped parsley, chili flakes, or lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining. Set pasta aside.
2. Sauté the Garlic:
In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the frozen garlic cubes (or fresh garlic) and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly golden—about 2–3 minutes. Do not burn.
3. Combine Pasta & Sauce:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat it well in the garlic butter.
4. Add Parmesan & Pasta Water:
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and reserved pasta water. Toss until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes silky.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve:
Plate immediately. Garnish with extra cheese, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, or a touch of lemon zest, if desired.

Tips:
• For a richer flavor, brown the butter slightly before adding the garlic.
• Serve with grilled chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
