Divine White Chocolate Caramel Fudge Recipe

- 500g white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 tin (397g) caramel condensed milk

Instructions:
1. Combine white chocolate, butter, and vanilla essence in a saucepan.
2. Add the caramel condensed milk and stir well.
3. Cook over high heat, stirring every 10 minutes, for approximately 45 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and pour into a container.
5. Refrigerate overnight or until set.
6. Once set, remove from container and cut into desired shapes.

Tips:
- To prevent boiling over, place a tea towel under the lid while cooking.
- Use the small tin (397g) of condensed milk for the best results.
