- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dill weed
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper .
2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, roasted peanuts, and chopped dill pickle chips .
3. Prepare the seasoning mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, and a pinch of salt .
4. Coat the mix: Pour the butter mixture over the Chex mix and stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated .
5. Bake: Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking .
6. Cool and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for freshness!
