Ingredients
For the Chicken:
1 whole chicken, cut into 8–10 pieces (or use only drumsticks/thighs)
2 cups buttermilk (or 2 cups milk + 2 tbsp lemon juice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
For the Flour Coating:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl as well
Deep your chicken in wet liquid then coat with ur flour
Then deep fry
