CRAB-BOIL-PLATTER WITH EXTRA-CORN
Ingredients:
- two half pound crab legs
- five ears maize, peeled
- one half cups butter
- three c. minced garlic
- °1/8 c. crushed red pepper
- one c. Seafood season
to prepare :
In a very large saucepan, bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Place crab legs and corn on the cob and cook until ears are tilted and crab meat is opaque, about twenty two minutes. Press well.
Melting butter in saucepan. Add garlic, crushed red pepper and seafood seasoning. Join the crab's veins and legs and coat them well with garlic butter. You can also skip this step and offer garlic butter for dipping.
