Copycat KFC Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 4 cups finely chopped cabbage
2. 1/2 medium carrot, very finely chopped
3. 2 tablespoons minced onion
4. 2 tablespoons buttermilk
5. 4 teaspoons white vinegar
6. 2 tablespoons milk
7. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
8. 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
9. 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
10. 1/4 teaspoon salt
11. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, carrot, and onion.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vinegar, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

4. Chill the slaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve cold and enjoy!

Tips:

- Use a food processor to chop the cabbage and carrot if you prefer a finer texture.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- For an extra-creamy slaw, add more mayonnaise.
