CHEDDAR CHICKEN RANCH PINWHEELS

INGREDIENTS:

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and finely diced chicken breast

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: MAKE THE FILLING

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth. Add in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked diced chicken. Stir well until fully combined.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE

Lay out the tortillas and spread the mixture evenly over each one. Roll each tortilla up tightly.

STEP 3: SLICE

Chill the rolled tortillas in the fridge for about 30 minutes for cleaner slicing, then cut into 1-inch pinwheels.

STEP 4: SERVE
