I :
1 can Tuna drained
4 eggs boiled, peeled, and halved
Shredded cheese I like a lot
3 tbls Light mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
Pinch of salt
Put yolks in a bowl and break up with a fork,
Stir in mayo, cheese, tuna, pepper, and salt.
Plop a tablespoon or so on each hollowed out egg white. Yummy, yummy...
Update: I am not a nutritionist, and I am not on strict keto. This recipe is flexible, so if you don't approve of it, either adjust it or don't make it.
Don't like tuna, use shredded chicken.
