Burrata Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Optional: Extra balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

1. Prepare the bread:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

2. Make the tomato topping:
- In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, torn basil, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture marinate for 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.

3. Assemble the bruschetta:
- Spread a generous portion of burrata cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with the marinated tomato mixture.

4. Garnish and serve:
- Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze for added sweetness (optional). Serve immediately.

Tips:
- For an extra touch, grill the bread slices for a smoky flavor.
- Burrata can be substituted with fresh mozzarella if desired.
