Blueberry ovenight oats

Make this tonight and you’ll have superfood the next day!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup milk
1/2 frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

In a jar, add oats, chia seeds, frozen berries and milk. Mix well till combined. Add yogurt. Add extra fresh blueberries. Cover and Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, add teaspoon of honey! Enjoy your breakfast!
