Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps):

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch preferred)
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup diced Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup thinly sliced dill pickles
2 slices of American cheese, chopped into small cubes
2 tablespoons Big Mac sauce (or homemade version below)
For the Homemade Big Mac Sauce:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
🔪 Instructions:

Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Cook the Beef Mixture:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until fully cooked and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
Season and Simmer:
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Assemble the Wraps:

Lay out each tortilla and spread about ½ tablespoon of Big Mac sauce on the bottom third. Add a generous scoop of the beef mixture, then top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a few pieces of cheese.
Fold and Serve:

Fold the sides inward, then roll up tightly from the bottom. For easier handling, wrap in parchment paper or foil and serve immediately.
