Ingredients:
- 280g bread flour
- 33g granulated sugar
- 5g salt
- 30g melted unsalted butter
- 4g instant yeast
- 15g eggs
- 145ml milk
For Butter Layer:
- 125g unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add melted butter, eggs, and milk; mix until dough forms.
3. Knead 10 minutes.
4. Rest dough 1 hour.
5. Roll out dough to 30cm x 40cm.
6. Spread softened butter evenly.
7. Fold and roll dough into layers.
8. Place in loaf pan.
9. Proof 1 hour.
10. Bake 180°C 35-40 minutes.
