Beet & Burrata Salad with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:

- 4 medium beets, cooked and sliced
- 1 burrata cheese ball
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
2. Arrange the sliced beets on a serving platter.

3. Tear the burrata cheese over the beets.
4. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad.

5. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
