Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus & Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets

Garlic (minced)

Lemon slices & juice

Butter

Fresh parsley

Asparagus spears

Salt & pepper

Steps:

1. Place salmon and asparagus on foil.

2. Top with garlic, lemon slices, butter, salt & pepper.

3. Wrap tightly and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 mins.

4. Open foil to broil for 2-3 mins if desired.

5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
